Generally I don’t think of myself as a "control freak" but I certainly took on those tendencies when it came to improving my health this past year. Why? Because it was important to me to be the best version of myself, not only for me, but also for my kids, my husband, my friends, my clients and my coaching team. I made my health my mission because I wanted to start feeling like my old self again and show up in a way that I could make a positive impact on others.
