Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Holistic Wellness Coach, and someone who deeply understands what it feels like to lose yourself in the chaos of life while your health slowly slips further down the priority list.
As a nutrition professional, entrepreneur, and busy mom, I’ve personally experienced chronic fatigue, digestive issues, bloating, nausea, inflammation, hormone shifts, and feeling uncomfortable in my body after stressful seasons of life.
And what I realized both personally and professionally through working with hundreds of women is this:
