Personal Training Designed for Women
Did you know that if you want to create new habits, it takes about 8 weeks? That’s why my personal training program kicks off with 8 weeks of 2-3 workouts a week.
Over those 8 weeks, you’ll get stronger and leaner, build endurance, improve your balance and mobility, and become more comfortable and confident in your body.
I’ve spent most of my career helping women to get back in shape, lose weight, and feel healthy and confident again. And I’ve found the key to helping women not just get in shape but stay in shape is to get you to love working out and even craving it!
Strength training is the foundation for feeling empowered in your life.
Women Need Strength Training
Starting as early as your 30s, women begin losing muscle mass and bone density. This process accelerates significantly during perimenopause and menopause, affecting your metabolism, weight, hormones, energy, and risk for injury and osteoporosis.
The most effective tool to combat all of it? Strength training.

What to Expect at your Session
Get support, guidance, and a customized workout for you that meets you at your fitness level and challenges you. As we work through the 8 week program, we’ll focus on improving strength, endurance, mobility, balance, core strength, and flexibility. Â
Includes a Weekly Fitness Plan
Each week, I’ll provide a comprehensive plan for staying active outside our sessions (schedule may include rest days, yoga/pilates, and cardio such as hiking, swimming or pickleball; etc.) Plus, you’ll get a written strength workout for you to do on your own (you need to exercise at least 3 times a week to get the best results).
Program Options:Â
3x a week session for 8 weeks = $2,160
Great for women who want accountability and guidance for their 3 workouts a week.
2x a week session for 8 weeks = $1,440
Designed for women who are committed to workout out 1x a week outside our weekly sessions.
Individual Sessions $90-95/session
After the 8 week program, you can choose to continue weekly personal training sessions 1-3 times a week, depending on what you need.

Small Group Personal Training in Lafayette
Private In-Person Training for Groups of 2–6
Get strong and fit with your friends. Want to work out but with your people? We can set up a regular time for you and up to five friends to come together at my Lafayette studio.Â
What to Expect at Your Session
This isn’t a generic workout class. You'll each receive personalized coaching as you work through the day’s program. This program is meant to meet each person where they are physically and challenge them at their own level.
Scheduling is flexible and customized to your group.
- Groups of 2: $65/person per session
- Groups of 3-4: $55/person per session
- Groups of 5–6: $45/person per session
