November is a time to celebrate and acknowledge the many things in life that we are grateful for like family, friends, jobs, community, food, clothing and security. One of our most valuable possessions is our health however many of us neglect this very important asset. This month, show your body some appreciation by exercising and eating clean so that you strengthen and nurture it and keep it healthy for many years to come.

If you are ready to show your body some REAL appreciation, then join me for my 17 day "Thankful for Fitness" exercise and clean eating challenge group. You'll receive all the tools and coaching needed to be successful and all you need to do is follow the plan and check-in daily. Let's get busy sweating and fueling up with powerful nutrients so that your body feels AMAZING come Thanksgiving day. You'll have a BIG reason to be thankful!
What is included in the "Thankful for Fitness" Challenge?
As a participant in Heather's accountability group you will receive a workout program that is unique to your goals and needs. You'll receive nutritional guidelines, meal ideas and recipes, accountability and group support and a chance to win prizes.
Fitness: You'll receive a customized home-based fitness program that you will do daily to help boost your energy, burn calories and sculpt your best body ever. People of all fitness levels can participate.
Why a home-based fitness program? This will save you a TON of time since you won't need to prep for the gym, drive to the gym or deal with gym logistics. You simply put your gym shoes on and head to your living room, office, garage, backyard or office conference room and get your workout done!
Nutrition: Heather will support you and guide you through the ins and outs of healthy eating. Included in the program are the following:
Do I need to be local to Heather to participate?
Because your workouts will be done in your own home you can live anywhere in the U.S. or Canada and still participate.
When does the challenge begin and end?
The first day of the challenge is Monday, November 10th, 2014 and the 17 day challenge ends on Wednesday, November 26th, 2014.
What if I am just starting out on my fitness journey?
This support group is designed for all fitness levels and accommodates participants at any point in their fitness journey.
Okay, I'm interested, what is the cost to join?
This challenge group is a complimentary service for those who invest in a customized program to help them reach their unique and specific goals. I will help customize a plan just for you, with the right fitness program and nutritional support YOU need to feel your best. The total cost of your fitness program and nutritional tools will depend on your needs and what you select. The cost can range from $40 to $205 and regardless of which tools you choose, you'll receive coaching from Heather, entrance into the private Facebook group, support and accountability from fellow participants and a chance to win prizes!
When is the deadline to RSVP for the challenge?
Heather is taking the first 10 applicants who complete the interest application. Applications must be completed by Sunday, November 2nd. Those who sign up and order their programs by Thursday, October 30th will receive a FREE Gift!!

Hi Heather, things are going good! I really like p90x. I like that it is different everyday and I am feeling stronger. I can definately tell I am working lots of different muscles. I went to one of my favorite classes at the gym yesterday and I really felt good in my class!
Hi Heather, the challenge is going great. I am enjoying the camaraderie and the challenges you give us. My sense of empowerment has increased by a lot in the last two weeks, which was my goal. As for the workout, it's great! I love that with everything that goes on in this house, the 25 minute workout is doable so I don't find myself making excuses.
Heather, I feel so much stronger! I've been running on the treadmill lately and what I find amazing and so completely satisfying is that now I can run 7 mph and it feels like it's fun and easy! I feel much stronger and fitter now than 10 weeks ago.
Heather, this morning my husband was talking to me and all of a sudden he stops and says, "wow your hips are so much smaller. You are smaller all over. Your curves are back. You look so good."
