“I can't believe a month has gone by...as I mentioned a few weeks ago, since returning to boot camp, I feel stronger again! And it feels good...boot camp is definitely a part of who I am! As for a healthy habit that your 30-day challenge has helped me create...it is great to get back into the routine of packing meals/snacks for the day, and sticking to a healthy carb, lean protein, and healthy fat at each meal. Also, bringing Shakeology back into my diet has helped with cravings for sweets and improved digestion! I'll be continuing on the 5 "meals" per day from now on. “Last week was a great slow intro! I got 5 days of workouts in and did a slow intro to Shakeology to see how my system would handle it. Since I have Crohn’s, I started with half a packet every other day and I think my body likes it!! It seems to help with my inflammation and digestion, which is great! I didn't follow the portions in the 21 Day FIX to a T, but I got a good feel for what I need to do. Official Day 1 down, I did the workout and a full packet of Shakeology and hit all my portions correctly - woohoo!” ~ Cindy D.
