“Last week was a great slow intro! I got 5 days of workouts in and did a slow intro to Shakeology to see how my system would handle it. Since I have Crohn’s, I started with half a packet every other day and I think my body likes it!! It seems to help with my inflammation and digestion, which is great! I didn't follow the portions in the 21 Day FIX to a T, but I got a good feel for what I need to do.
